THE ROSSETTI ROOM occupies the upstairs level of the inn. It has dark green carpet and soft pink walls with coordinating accessories, a four-poster King bed, large armoire, and a table for tea/breakfast tucked away in the alcove. The bathroom features a clawfoot tub/shower combination. This large, comfy suite overlooks both the garden and historic churchyard.

• Most rooms are designed for two persons. Room rates apply to double occupancy. We do not allow additional persons in cots, or sleeping bags on the floor. The Tennyson has both a Queen and a Twin bed, and can comfortably accommodate 3 persons, or 2 persons in separate beds. Add $30 to room rate for additional person in Tennyson.

• NO SMOKING INSIDE THE INN - A damage fee of $150 will be charged for smoking in the rooms.

• NO PETS - With the exception of seeing eye dogs.

• Check-in is between 3:00 P.M. and 7:00 P.M. Please advise us of expected late check-in. Early check-in available by prior agreement, and subject to an additional charge of $25 per hour, or part hour.

• Check-out by 11:00 A.M. Late check-out available by prior agreement, and subject to an additional charge of $25 per hour, or part hour

• Minimum Stay. We may require a 2 night booking if a Saturday night is involved (either Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun). The exception to this is on a non-holiday weekend, if a room is already booked for the Friday, we will then offer that room for a single Saturday night booking. Saturday only reservations may also be accepted during the week leading up to the required date. Please call for availability.

• Cancellations. Your pre-payment, less $20 processing fee, will be refunded provided cancellation is made ten (10) days or more prior to the reserved date. Friday night only bookings will require full payment in advance. Refunds on cancellations will only be given if the room is re-booked, less a $20 processing fee.
